XOSCOM, LLC ("XOSCOM", "we", "us") is a fiber-optic and telecommunications construction contractor based in Cypress, Texas. We build, splice, test, maintain and restore networks for the carriers and companies that hire us. This policy explains what personal information we handle in that work and on this website (xoscom.com), why we handle it, who receives it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we handle in our field work

Most of what we do happens in the field, on networks that belong to our customers. To plan, perform and document that work we handle:

We use this information only to do the job, to prove it was done to the customer's standard, and to bill for it. It is delivered to the customer who ordered the work and is not used for any other purpose.

3. When you contact us or apply for a job

Contact. If you call, text or email us, we use your name, phone number, email and message only to answer you, to quote or schedule work, and to keep a record of the request.

Job applications. When you apply on this website you send us your name, phone, email, the position, your experience and skills, your notes and resume, photos of your driver's license, Social Security card and face, and, if you choose, your bank details for direct deposit (bank name, account type, routing and account number, and a voided check).

4. Our crews and the XOSCOM app

Our technicians and office staff use the XOSCOM app, an internal tool of the company, to receive job assignments, record their hours and production, take job photos and report expenses. The app records location when a crew member clocks in or out, while they are on the clock, and when they share that they are on their way to a job. How the app handles that information is explained in the XOSCOM App Privacy Policy.
