Fiber Optic New Builds

We manage complete fiber network construction, aerial and underground. Our aerial crews handle strand placement, lashing, overlash and make-ready work on existing pole lines. Our underground teams operate directional drilling equipment, place conduit and handholes, and pull or blow fiber with minimal disruption to streets and neighborhoods.

Every build follows carrier specifications and local permitting requirements, documented with photo reports at each stage.

FTTH & FTTP

We specialize in the deployment, expansion and maintenance of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and FTTP (Fiber to the Premises) networks - reliable, high-speed connectivity for residential communities, commercial properties, multi-dwelling units and large-scale developments.

We manage every stage: fiber placement, splicing, testing, activation, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance - for new builds and upgrades alike, always to scalable, future-ready standards.

Splicing & Certified Testing

Precision fusion splicing in high-security commercial locations, data centers and outside plant. Our certified testing includes bidirectional OTDR, CWDM wavelength testing, spectrum analysis and optical power meter verification of every installed or modified fiber.

You receive complete, documented results - because a network is only as good as its worst splice.

Our technology

Our own AI-powered field management platform

XOSCOM built and operates its own job management platform, designed specifically for telecom field work. Every task force reports completion in real time, with live updates and GPS geolocation of crews and jobs across the map.

AI-managed workflows analyze completion pace and optimize how field resources are deployed: each technician receives live updates of the nearest jobs and which ones need more or less time - shorter routes, less downtime, and production documented the moment it happens.
